Gino Rossi | Retail | 1000 | $100M | Poland | Asseco Business Solutions | Asseco Softlab ERP | ERP Financial | 2014 | n/a |
In 2014, Gino Rossi implemented Asseco Softlab ERP as its ERP platform to centralize finance and accounting for the footwear and clothing retail group. The deployment used Asseco Business Solutions' Asseco Softlab ERP with WEB access via a web browser, providing mobility for distributed users and centralized security for sensitive financial data.
The implementation covered core ERP functional modules including finance and accounting, fixed assets management, budgeting, consolidation, and the SEOD electronic document circulation module. The Asseco Softlab ERP configuration enabled full automation of accounting workflows, multidimensional data analysis for business-critical areas, ongoing control of plans, and processing of consolidated financial data required by the group.
Architecturally the solution was provisioned as a single shared-database model supporting company configurations, allowing many offices and branches to keep books of accounts in one database and to process cumulative financial information from all Gino Rossi and Simple stores in Poland. The system supported reconciliation of information collected from individual companies, creation of consolidation exclusions, and preparation of consolidated reports such as income statement and balance sheet, while WEB access ensured employees could use the application regardless of location.
Operationally the SEOD module restructured internal workflows by digitizing paper documents and supporting task and information flows for procurement, leave, absences, and business trips, which contributed to large-scale reductions in document circulation. The implementation improved management of finances and fixed assets and delivered enhanced ergonomics and security for end users through web access to Asseco Softlab ERP.

MFO | Manufacturing | 330 | $222M | Poland | Asseco Business Solutions | Asseco Softlab ERP | ERP Financial | 2021 | n/a |
In 2021, MFO implemented Asseco Softlab ERP, deploying an ERP to consolidate manufacturing and operational data across the company. The Asseco Softlab ERP implementation was executed by an internal implementation team and IT project specialists who developed custom applications for managing product definitions using T-SQL, PHP, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
Asseco Softlab ERP was configured to manage core manufacturing workflows including product definition management, inventory and stock analysis, supply and demand tracking for key raw materials, and workload estimation for material handling. The implementation included ETL process development and the creation of Business Intelligence tooling, with Qlik Sense used for analytics and reporting automation built with T-SQL and VBA.
Integrations and automation work included RPA robotization using Power Automate and ETL feeds to populate Qlik Sense dashboards, enabling cross-functional visibility for production planning, procurement, warehouse operations, and logistics. Operational coverage focused on the Polish steel profile production site, supporting demand analysis and tools to predict and optimize forklift operator workload based on estimated production line loads over time.
Governance and rollout were driven by the internal IT project specialist team embedded in the implementation effort, who also scripted reporting automation and ETL jobs. Outcomes documented during the engagement include automated reporting that reduced daily report preparation from two hours to one minute, and the deployment of predictive and optimization tools for materials and operator workload.
