In 2021, INE deployed the Auronix Platform to power Inés, an intelligent virtual assistant designed to inform voters in the run up to the June 6, 2021 elections. In 2019 Total Box implemented the Auronix Platform to run a multichannel collections solution named Cobranza RS, classified under CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service). Auronix built Cobranza RS to use SMS and RCS for bill payment engagement in Mexico, the campaign began in February 2019 and went live the same year.
