In 2019, Parts Express implemented Aventeon Logistics.ONE as its Logistics Management application. The deployment was centered at the company headquarters in Vianen, Netherlands and oriented toward daily distribution route operations in the Benelux region.
Aventeon Logistics.ONE was used as scanning software to drive distribution routes and to support route execution workflows. The implementation emphasized route execution and scanning capabilities, coupled with monitoring of productivity across more than 300 daily routes, reflecting support for trailers, motor vehicles and delivery vans.
The project ran alongside planning software PTV Smartour, maintaining a separation between tactical planning and execution, with PTV Smartour managing route creation and Aventeon Logistics.ONE responsible for execution and scanning.
