In 2022 Stichting Mijzo chose CAPP Learning to harmonize learning and introduce an innovative self-declaration assessment policy within its Learning and Development processes, targeting HR, L&D and compliance workflows across the organization. Stichting Mijzo is a Netherlands eldercare provider with 2,444 employees and selected CAPP Learning to centralize learning administration while enabling localized competency workstreams.
CAPP Learning was configured to support core learning management functions, competency frameworks, and a self-declaration assessment capability that allows staff to declare competencies for decentralized assessment. Configuration emphasized curriculum assignment, competency tagging, assessment policy automation, and compliance recordkeeping as part of the Learning and Development implementation.
The implementation was completed in three months and the platform went live on 3 April 2023, delivering a production Learning and Development environment for HR, L&D and compliance teams across the Netherlands. The deployment enabled decentralized competency declarations and a streamlined approach to staff assessments, aligning day-to-day assessment initiation with local teams while keeping compliance trails centralized.
Governance was adjusted to embed the self-declaration assessment policy, shifting routine assessment initiation toward local managers and staff while maintaining central oversight for compliance reporting and learning governance. CAPP Learning now operates as Stichting Mijzo’s primary Learning and Development platform, integrating learning delivery, competency management and compliance workflows.
