In 2020 Sunparadise deployed Crealis PDM as the Document Management component of a dealer-facing platform anchored by CREALIS CPQ. The implementation positioned Crealis PDM for product model maintenance and catalogue control to serve approximately 1,500 resellers across the company’s worldwide dealer network.
The platform delivered core modules including product model maintenance in Crealis PDM, real-time 3D visualization and shopping-basket quoting accessible to dealers and the internal sales team. Crealis PDM was configured to manage product model data and feed configured product definitions into the CPQ quoting workflows, enabling visual configuration and basket-based quotation assembly.
Operational scope covered dealer-facing sales and quoting across Sunparadise’s global reseller footprint, with the combined CREALIS CPQ and Crealis PDM platform available to dealers and the sales team since the end of 2020. The deployment centralized product model governance and exposed 3D visualization within the sales workflow, improving and accelerating the quotation process across the worldwide dealer network.

In 2015 Viessmann Group deployed Crealis PDM as a Document Management application to underpin a cross-product configurator and a quote portal. The first version was rolled out in March 2015 to support turnkey project quotation and to feed configured offers into order processing.
The implementation centered on Crealis PDM data structures and configuration logic, with key functional capabilities including a cross product configurator, quote generation workflows, and a portal-based order capture layer. Crealis PDM served as the single source for configuration data and documentation used by the quote engine and portal.
Crealis PDM was integrated with SAP, enabling transmission of configuration and quote data into SAP order processing and ERP records, which aligned configurator output with downstream order creation. This integration reduced manual rekeying by routing configured quotes directly into enterprise sales and order processing workflows.
Operational scope covered sales and order processing within the Viessmann Group and established centralized configuration governance for turnkey project quoting. ORISA reported that after the rollout 80 percent of portal quotes originated via the configurator and quote numbers increased by 40 percent, outcomes attributed to the Crealis PDM configured configurator and portal implementation.
