Reporting capabilities were configured to generate payroll, costing, and leave balance reports for 71 Branch Managers and to export files and spreadsheets to support AMP and Mercer super fund payments. All clocking and hours worked were validated through EasiPay before payroll runs. Governance and process changes were instituted via remote training and procedural handover, including phone training for 71 Branch Managers on EasiPay Time & Attendance, standardized steps for adding casual staff, password and new employee provisioning, and documented procedures for transfers between payroll sequences. The assignment concluded with a formal handover to the payroll administrator accompanied by new processing steps and procedures to sustain the consolidated Hirepool payroll operation.
