Operational coverage focused on backoffice teams responsible for merchandising, inventory control, e-commerce order processing and finance. Governance changes emphasized central master data management, standardized order to cash and replenishment processes, and consolidated transactional routing through the e-Millennium ERP Omnichannel platform.
Decimas Retail 1300 $240M Spain Linx e-Millennium ERP Omnichannel Retail Management 2018 n/a In 2018, Decimas implemented Linx e-Millennium ERP Omnichannel as its core Retail Management application. The rollout established the e-Millennium ERP Omnichannel as the central system for supporting e-commerce, store operations and merchandising workflows across Decimas in Spain. The implementation configured modules aligned with Retail Management best practices, including inventory management, omnichannel order management, point of sale integration, merchandising configuration and financial posting. Configuration work emphasized catalog synchronization and unified stock visibility to support online and in-store order fulfillment and pricing consistency. Technical operations leveraged the existing web development stack used by the Decimas IT team, with Linux servers and a PHP MySQL web stack fronted by Apache and FTP services. The e-Millennium ERP Omnichannel was integrated with the Magento storefront to connect online sales and catalog data, while development and release processes used Bitbucket and Git repositories alongside PHPMyAdmin for database operations. Governance and rollout used agile practices, with SCRUM methodology driving sprints and a Trello dashboard coordinating tasks, supported by Jira and Remedy for ticketing and issue resolution. Operational ownership rested with IT, e-commerce and merchandising teams, who managed product, pricing and inventory workflows through the e-Millennium ERP Omnichannel and the supporting development and release toolchain.

The deployment targeted product registration, billing, customer service, purchasing, production, logistics, tax, financial operations, and an omnichannel point of sale layer, positioning e-Millennium ERP Omnichannel as the primary system for these business functions. The implementation included specific Linx ERP e-Millennium modules configured at Fillity, including the Registration module, Billing module, SAC module for customer service, Purchasing module, Production module, Logistics module for receiving and shipping, Tax module, Financial module, and the PDV Millennium PDV Omni point of sale. Configuration work encompassed preparation and import of master data for products, customers, and suppliers, and validation of Millennium APIs to support downstream integrations and automated data flows. Integration architecture was organized around an integration hub model, with Magento 2.0 commerce integration initially handled through the 4MiddleWare hub and later transitioned to AJD Hub, and direct integrations to Giver's CRM CRM360 and to Praticocard for reconciliation processing. The project team exercised API-level checks against Millennium, and used Trello to manage project tasks, requirements gathering, and cross-functional coordination between IT, operations, finance, customer service, procurement, and store teams. Governance work included end to end process mapping, creation of formal process flows for ERP configuration, management and monitoring of each area and user involved in requirements gathering, and controls aligned with the company responsibility for LGPD and infrastructure. These process definitions and the configured Linx ERP e-Millennium modules were reported as fundamental to the successful execution of tasks across areas and to the company growth described by the project lead.
