Broadcom | Manufacturing | 33000 | $63.9B | United States | InCorta | InCorta | Analytics and BI | 2019 | n/a |
In 2019, Broadcom implemented InCorta as its Analytics and BI reporting platform to consolidate reporting for financial, sales and collections functions. InCorta was used to absorb and harmonize reporting needs as Broadcom planned the integration of Symantec Oracle ERP system and BI reporting into Broadcom, with workstreams driven under an Agile Scrum delivery model.
The implementation focused on creating and modifying data models across Opportunities, Banks, Quotes, Bookings and Orders, and Contracts, and on developing new dashboards and BI reports. InCorta was configured with explicit physical, logical and business schema models, and developers produced technical specifications and enhancements for data visualization and dashboarding, including Credit Collection reports that were also produced using Apex Reporting.
Data movement and runtime architecture centered on extraction, transformation and load patterns into Oracle ERP tables, using SQL loader processes and monitored ETL jobs for data migration and ongoing loads. InCorta served as the analytical layer, ingesting staged Oracle datasets and supporting the new dashboards for Bank, Booking and Inventory reporting for the Acquire Business Division, while maintaining traceability of source to dashboard mappings.
Governance and operational rollout were executed through Agile Scrum sprints, with senior Oracle development and team lead responsibilities including TSD creation, development, enhancements, bug fixes, coordination with business users, offshore teams, QA and PMO, and ongoing support for implementation strategies. The program emphasized cross-functional collaboration between development, business stakeholders and offshore resources to align InCorta configuration, data models and reports with Broadcom business processes.

Diodes | Manufacturing | 7980 | $1.7B | United States | InCorta | InCorta | Analytics and BI | 2020 | n/a |
In 2020, Diodes implemented InCorta as an Analytics and BI application to centralize reporting and data analysis for commercial, finance, procurement and supply chain functions. The deployment was positioned to support the Commercial System team and EU IT stakeholders with structured reporting and scheduled data extraction workflows.
InCorta was configured to expose data models and semantic layers tied to the company transactional schema, enabling ad hoc reporting, interactive dashboards and scheduled report generation. Configuration work incorporated PL/SQL development to prepare and optimize source data sets, and report schedules were defined to manage refresh and extraction cadence.
The implementation integrated InCorta with existing reporting workflows, operating alongside Pentaho and relying on web service connections to Oracle ERP R12 for transactional data ingestion. Data flows emphasized orchestration between the reporting layer and Oracle ERP R12, with InCorta used as a primary analytics engine while Pentaho remained part of the reporting stack.
Governance and rollout practices included close user collaboration for testing and production deployments, ongoing maintenance of Oracle procurement workflows, and assignment of PL/SQL and report ownership to the Commercial System team. Operational processes documented report sources, schedules and data transformation responsibilities to sustain BAU reporting and support continued development by the internal IT team.
