Governance and rollout centered on established SDLC controls and Agile delivery, including UAT test case ownership, JAD sessions for functional alignment, creation of interface specifications and data mapping, and scheduled system shutdown and startup procedures. Security administration covered creation of security profiles, assignment of Lawson security roles and groups, and ongoing account lifecycle management. The program produced formal documentation, end-user and train-the-trainer classes, and explicitly reported successful implementations of a CRM program for the HR Business Center and the transition to a new HRIS, benefits, employee self-service, recruiting and timekeeping system.
