In 2013, Department of Agriculture and Fisheries implemented Information Plus TADPOLE Time Management. The system was provisioned to support HR, payroll and corporate business partners, covering approximately 1,800 employees across DAF Queensland. Governance and process changes centered on routing timesheet exceptions and data integrity issues into HR casework, standardising timesheet discrepancy handling and embedding time capture into existing leave and workforce planning processes. HR used Aurion and e-docs alongside Information Plus TADPOLE Time Management to consolidate reporting and maintain payroll ready time data for corporate and regional stakeholders.
