Operational support and training were provided for FileMaker, PlumTree communities, Excel automation, Citrix access, and Cognos ReportNet reporting as part of rollout and user enablement.
Deliverables and operational changes from the program included consolidation of 44 FileMaker 5.5 systems to FileMaker version 8, implementation of a migration path into Documentum file management, development of integrated reporting that drew data from multiple database systems into a single FileMaker instance, and extensive spreadsheet automation using VBA.
