Arpavie Healthcare 3000 $280M France Ivalua Inc Ivalua Procure-to-Pay Procure to Pay 2023 Cyrias
In 2023, Arpavie implemented Ivalua Procure-to-Pay to consolidate purchasing operations and increase visibility into organizational spend, using the Procure to Pay application to centralize procurement workflows across its network. The implementation was executed with Ivalua and led by system integrator Cyrias, positioning the Ivalua Procure-to-Pay platform as the primary spend management layer for the group. The deployment focused on Ivalua’s eProcurement modules, specifically purchase requisitions, purchase orders, receiving and invoicing, and catalogs, and included digitization of payment processes to accelerate invoicing and strengthen order receipt invoice reconciliation. Configuration work emphasized user adoption and catalogs based purchasing, enabling more transactions to be covered by contract and formalizing the order receipt invoice reconciliation process. Operational coverage extended to all Arpavie establishments in France, with more than 400 internal users processing over 60,000 invoices per year through the platform, and 18 million euros in orders placed through Ivalua in 2022. The rollout established the Ivalua Procure-to-Pay platform as the standard procurement system across Arpavie’s 129 residential homes, resulting in 100% of procurement processes being fully digitized. Governance included a collaborative program model between Arpavie, Ivalua, and Cyrias, with CIO level sponsorship and partner led delivery to drive training, change management, and ongoing operational support. The program narrative reports enhanced spend visibility and tighter control over purchasing operations, improvements that were explicitly tied to the implemented modules and platform adoption.
