Configuration preserved traceability across requirements, tests and defects consistent with ALM and test management functional flows.
The integration architecture used a source connector to Micro Focus ALM 12.53 and a target connector to Azure DevOps, with Kovair QuickSync orchestrating transfer and synchronization processes. The work was scoped as an ALM/Test management modernization in the United States and impacted test management and development toolchain operations.
Opteamix served as the system integrator for the migration, which was completed in roughly four weeks. The project delivered a low-error migration and retained artifact relationships, supported by scripted synchronization runs and validation checkpoints to ensure data fidelity during the cutover.
