The Leena AI HR Chatbot implementation included four HR modules, notably Profile Update and Performance Check-ins, plus multiple nudge-driven workflows for reminders and prompts. Configuration emphasized automated responses for onboarding queries and scripted guidance to reduce manual HR handling of routine requests.
The implementation sat alongside the broader HR-IT stack that the HR team managed, including SAP SuccessFactors modules and e-learning platforms such as SkillSoft and CrossKnowledge. The chatbot therefore operated within an existing HR technology ecosystem to support onboarding and employee query processes across talent acquisition, onboarding and learning workflows.
