Gasbarre | Manufacturing | 200 | $32M | United States | LillyWorks | LillyWorks Protected Flow Manufacturing | Manufacturing ERP | 2020 | n/a |
In 2020, Gasbarre implemented LillyWorks Protected Flow Manufacturing as a Manufacturing ERP deployment to improve production scheduling and shop floor execution at its DuBois, PA facilities. The implementation targeted stabilization of throughput and greater predictability on the shop floor by embedding scheduling controls and execution monitoring into plant operations.
LillyWorks Protected Flow Manufacturing was configured to provide production scheduling and shop floor execution capabilities, with emphasis on work order sequencing, schedule conflict resolution, and increased visibility into work in process. Configuration included rule-based scheduling parameters and shop floor data capture to align dispatch decisions to real time production status.
The solution was integrated with Gasbarre’s existing ERP starting in October 2020 to exchange production orders, schedule updates, and status feedback, enabling end to end operational coordination between planning and execution. The integration supported synchronization of master production data and closed the loop on schedule adherence and order completion.
Operational governance was adjusted to align scheduling ownership and shop floor workflows with the new Manufacturing ERP driven processes, supporting standard work for dispatch and exception handling. The implementation rapidly improved stability and predictability on the shop floor and helped lift year to date on time delivery from ~73% to about 94% while reducing WIP and scheduling conflicts.
