In 2022 Ansell USA implemented Logility Supply as its Advanced Planning and Scheduling solution, launching a global, multi year, multi million dollar initiative led by the Director Process & Technology. The rollout targeted end to end supply chain planning across North America, Latin America, Europe Middle East & Africa, and Asia Pacific, establishing a centralized planning platform for 35 distribution centers and more than 150 factories and suppliers.
Logility Supply was configured to deliver category aligned capabilities including demand planning, inventory optimization, supply planning, production scheduling, and collaborative planning workflows. The implementation emphasized standardized planning models and scenario based planning, with configuration to support product segmentation, safety stock logic, and replenishment rules consistent with Advanced Planning and Scheduling practice.
Integrations were executed with multiple ERP systems, specifically SAP, Oracle EBS, KingDee, MicroSiga, and Microsoft Dynamix, to centralize master data, demand signals, and transactional supply information into the Logility Supply planning layer. The architecture established bidirectional data flows for forecasts and replenishment recommendations, enabling the planning platform to feed downstream execution and to consume sales and inventory status from source ERP systems.
Governance for the program was formalized under the Process & Technology function, which led phased regional rollouts, standardized planning processes, and consolidated disparate offline tools. In 2017, Godfreys implemented Logility Supply as its Advanced Planning and Scheduling application to centralize supply chain planning across merchandising, inventory and distribution functions. The deployment was provisioned within the retailer's existing VMware virtualized infrastructure, leveraging an on premise environment with a DR site, tape and offsite backups and hourly replication of core applications.
Godfreys configured Logility Supply to support category-aligned capabilities including demand planning, inventory optimization, replenishment planning and supply planning workflows. The implementation emphasized standard forecasting and replenishment modules and integrated planning outputs into merchandising and procurement decision cycles, aligning supply plans with store and warehouse stocking processes.
The Logility Supply deployment was operated alongside the companys Pronto ERP and the Microsoft Business Intelligence environment used by IT to surface planning and operational reports. Data flows for master item, inventory and order status were consolidated to support planning cycles, and reporting and SQL based applications were used to expose Logility outputs to business users and analysts.
Operational governance for the Logility Supply environment was managed by the internal IT team, with ITIL based helpdesk procedures and SLAs in place for support. Godfreys performed two major upgrades on the supply chain planning application as part of ongoing lifecycle management, and the IT manager retained responsibility for administration, technical support and integration maintenance.

In 2012, The Krusteaz Company implemented Logility Supply in the Advanced Planning and Scheduling category to centralize demand forecasting and scheduling for its Food Service and Food Processing business units. The deployment targeted supply chain planning workflows including forecasting, scheduling, inventory management and deployment planning under the supply chain planning organization.
Logility Supply was configured to support Logility Voyager Solutions modules including Demand Planning, Inventory Planning and Supply Planning while orchestrating scheduling workflows across short and mid term horizons.
