Auckland International | Aerospace and Defense | 685 | $138M | New Zealand | March Networks, a Delta Group Company | March Networks MegaPX WDR MiniDome | Video Security Cameras | 2008 | n/a |
In 2008 Auckland International began transitioning to March Networks technology, deploying March Networks MegaPX WDR MiniDome as part of a campus wide Video Security Cameras program at New Zealand’s largest airport. The implementation was initiated to consolidate video recording and retrieval across terminals, car parks, roads, aprons and the airfield while supporting baggage handling monitoring and operational surveillance for more than 14 million annual passenger movements.
The deployment standardized on March Networks 7532 Hybrid NVRs and the March Networks MegaPX WDR MiniDome cameras, supplemented by Edge 4 Encoders and Edge 1 MicroEncoders. The 7532 Hybrid NVRs provided H.264 compression, support for analog and megapixel IP cameras, docking station architecture for installation and maintenance, internal backup battery support and advanced health monitoring. The camera and encoder combination delivered high resolution imaging and H.264 streaming for bright and low light conditions.
Architecturally the solution converted analog feeds to the airport IP network using the March Networks encoders, eliminating long coaxial runs and enabling simultaneous H.264 and MPEG 4 streams where required. Video from approximately 680 cameras is monitored 24/7 in a primary monitoring centre equipped with a video wall and March Networks Site Manager software, with a secondary backup monitoring centre available for disaster recovery. About 80 cameras are dedicated to baggage handling conveyors and carousels to support operational diagnostics as well as security investigations.
Governance and rollout followed a phased program, SECOM Guardall performed the initial installation and remains the Certified Solution Provider for technical support while Asset Security Distribution supplied product locally. Airport electronics services contractors perform much of the ongoing installation and maintenance, and the system uses server and camera health monitoring with email alerts to drive operational responsiveness. Users at Auckland International reported explicit benefits in video quality, ease of programming recorders and reduced effort managing clips for police and other agencies, and the airport planned continued phased replacement of recorders and camera additions as terminals are upgraded.

Fifth Third Bank | Banking and Financial Services | 18676 | $8.3B | United States | March Networks, a Delta Group Company | March Networks MegaPX WDR MiniDome | Video Security Cameras | 2014 | n/a |
In 2014, Fifth Third Bank standardized March Networks MegaPX WDR MiniDome across its branch network as part of a multi-year enterprise security upgrade. The March Networks MegaPX WDR MiniDome Video Security Cameras were deployed across U.S. branch sites to improve image capture under variable lighting and to provide a consistent hardware baseline for banking operations. The deployment was scoped to the retail branch footprint and aligned to enterprise security and investigation workflows.
The implementation standardized camera hardware and imaging configuration, leveraging wide dynamic range imaging and higher resolution capture typical of modern Video Security Cameras to enhance forensic evidence collection. Configuration work focused on consistent exposure and motion detection settings, network camera provisioning, and camera placement standards to ensure reliable video for review. This camera standardization supported a transition to March Networks enterprise recording and analytics tools by 2016, enabling centralized retention and enterprise analytics consumption.
Governance and rollout followed a multi-year standardization program, with branch-level installation and enterprise-level configuration policies to enforce consistent video quality and evidence handling. Business functions impacted included security operations, investigations, and law enforcement verification workflows, with documented improvements in image quality for investigations and faster video verification for law enforcement. The program positioned Fifth Third Bank to consolidate video recording and analytics on March Networks enterprise platforms by 2016.

Olav Thon Gruppen | Construction and Real Estate | 2576 | $600M | Norway | March Networks, a Delta Group Company | March Networks MegaPX WDR MiniDome | Video Security Cameras | 2008 | Focus Security |
In 2008 Olav Thon Gruppen deployed March Networks MegaPX WDR MiniDome as a Video Security Cameras solution across Jessheim Storsenter. The deployment installed approximately 100 MegaPX WDR MiniDome cameras to record video across the shopping centre and surrounding parking areas in Norway, with systems sold and installed by Focus Security and hardware supplied by March Networks, a Delta Group Company.
The implementation used the March Networks MegaPX WDR MiniDome to provide wide dynamic range imaging and continuous recording for retail site security, with footage consolidated for centralized viewing. The site was later upgraded to March Networks Command Enterprise to improve image quality and enable centralized monitoring capabilities, reflecting a multi-phase rollout that began with the original 2008 installation and a documented upgrade around 2016.
Operational coverage focused on site security operations at Jessheim Storsenter, extending from mall interior zones to external parking areas, and supported collaboration with police for investigative use of recorded evidence. Governance centered on centralized video management and monitoring workflows enabled by Command Enterprise, with Focus Security responsible for the sale and installation lifecycle at the site.
