In 2016 Fundamenta-Lakáskassza Zrt. implemented MoonSol as its Core Banking application. Governance incorporated KPMG oversight for implementation controls, a structured cutover and migration plan, and data governance checkpoints to certify migrated records before go live. Operational rollout emphasized staged validation and procedural changes in back office processing, with the vendor providing system configuration and ongoing application support for the new MoonSol Core Banking environment.
