In 2011, A2Dominion Group implemented NGA ResourceLink as its Core HR application to centralize HR information and reporting. The deployment focused on providing timely and accurate management information to support decision making and to ensure alignment of organisational structure data between Finance and HR.
NGA ResourceLink was configured to support payroll processing workflows and HR management information reporting, with a suite of scheduled and ad hoc reports produced from the system. Functional capabilities implemented included payroll interfaces and regulatory reporting such as Gender Pay Gap outputs, plus MI reporting delivered via advanced Excel and BI tooling referenced in role requirements, and ongoing creation and maintenance of HR report suites.
Integrations and operational coverage emphasized data alignment with Finance and close IT interfacing until MSD 365 was in place, with the application servicing HR transactional processes and payroll reporting across the organisation. The system supported HR lifecycle data management inputs and interfaced with IT teams to maintain data pathways required for HR and payroll operations.

In 2016, the British Library deployed NGA ResourceLink as its Core HR application. NGA Human Resources implemented the NGA ResourceLink application and concurrently supplied an ASP service to manage hosting and associated hardware services, along with a managed payroll service to operate the Library payroll functions.
The NGA ResourceLink deployment was configured to support core HR workflows, including employee records, workforce administration and integrated payroll processing workflows typical of Core HR systems. The managed payroll service explicitly supports the British Library payroll team with day to day payroll activities and handles monthly pay cycle completion, payslip production, BACS payments and third party payments, and it executes all end of year processes on behalf of the British Library.
NGA Human Resources’ ASP service centralizes operational support for the ResourceLink application by managing the hardware and associated services that underpin the deployment. Operational coverage focused on HR administration and payroll operations across the Library, with NGA operating payroll processing functions under the managed service.
Governance of the arrangement documented a clear operational split, with NGA Human Resources accountable for payroll processing and the Library retaining oversight of HR administration and payroll practicalities. The British Library NGA ResourceLink Core HR implementation therefore combined hosted application management with an outsourced payroll operating model to support ongoing HR and payroll operations.

In 2018, Fat Face implemented NGA ResourceLink as its Core HR solution and extended the platform by adding NGA Human Resources MyTeam to deliver manager self service. The deployment targeted store managers across Fat Face retail locations in the United Kingdom, addressing the need for accurate data capture for starters, leavers and other staff changes and accelerating the processing of those events through the existing ResourceLink HR and payroll environment.
NGA Human Resources MyTeam was configured as a manager self service module within the existing ResourceLink HR and payroll solution, providing form-driven capture of new hires, terminations and personnel updates. The implementation focused on functional workflows typical of Core HR, including data entry controls, role-based access for store managers, and integration of submitted personnel events into ResourceLink payroll processing so HR could validate and complete downstream actions.
Operational ownership remained with HR and payroll teams, with store management enabled to own frontline data entry and day to day personnel maintenance. The rollout emphasized process change to empower managers, reduce bottlenecks in event capture, and ensure staffing records were processed more quickly in the NGA ResourceLink Core HR environment.
