The program included substantial data conversion and interface development. Teams executed data conversion efforts to move data from Oracle EBS into Oracle Fusion HCM, designed programs to upload time from Timeforce into Oracle Time and Labor with time and attribute mappings, and used Oracle APIs to migrate HRMS, Payroll, Oracle Advanced Benefits, and OTL data into the cloud instance. Reporting and talent processes included custom Business Objects reports for leadership, human resources, and talent acquisition linked to Taleo and Oracle HCM where applicable.
Governance and operationalization emphasized cross functional testing, upgrades, and workflow design. Project work covered analysis, design, testing, and implementation of interfaces and customizations, pre upgrade and post upgrade activities, feasibility analysis and setup of standard and customized workflows, and application of Oracle provided patches to address production defects.
