The project began in 2006 and was scheduled to go live in March 2007.
Operational scope covered Dubai Duty Free logistics serving the DXB concourse and in airport store operations across the United Arab Emirates, impacting supply chain, store operations, and distribution functions. Governance and rollout followed a phased integration path driven by Enabler led technical integration, with explicit objectives to reduce lead times, improve on shelf availability and increase labour productivity as part of the Retail Management deployment.
