Comcast | Communications | 182000 | $123.7B | United States | Radiant Logic | RadiantOne | Identity and Access Management (IAM) | 2021 | n/a |
In 2021 Comcast implemented RadiantOne as its Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform, publicly collaborating with Radiant Logic and presenting jointly at a 2021 Gartner IAM event. The joint presentations and Radiant documentation indicate Comcast positioned RadiantOne as a strategic identity infrastructure to support large scale employee identity use cases for roughly 190,000 users.
RadiantOne was configured to provide identity unification, access governance workflows, entitlement provisioning, and federation services consistent with Identity and Access Management (IAM) category capabilities. Deployment centered on centralized identity aggregation and automated provisioning pipelines, with configuration focused on IGA style provisioning and federation orchestration, and attribute consolidation to support single sign on and access decisioning.
Integrations were implemented to synchronize authoritative identity sources and provision accounts into downstream target systems and enterprise applications, reflecting an integration and provisioning scope implied by the documented presentations. Operational coverage emphasized enterprise workforce identity across IT and security functions, with governance changes to centralize identity services and standardize access workflows driven by the RadiantOne identity model.

Defense Information Systems Agency | Government | 19000 | $11.9B | United States | Radiant Logic | RadiantOne | Identity and Access Management (IAM) | 2022 | n/a |
In 2022, the Defense Information Systems Agency selected Radiant Logic to deliver RadiantOne as the identity data foundation for DISA's Enterprise ICAM reference design, with the selection announced in June 2022. RadiantOne was implemented to fulfill Identity and Access Management (IAM) needs by provisioning a Master User Record to support DoD-wide aggregation, audit, and cross-service access rollup.
The implementation centered on identity data unification and the Master User Record as core functional capabilities, enabling centralized identity indexing, attribute reconciliation, and authoritative identity reconciliation workflows. RadiantOne was configured to expose identity data for audit and access rollup use cases and to serve as the canonical source for downstream automated provisioning efforts and Zero Trust policy controls.
Operational scope explicitly covered Department of Defense agencies and services, using the Enterprise ICAM reference design to standardize identity data flows across services. The deployment focused on aggregation and audit capabilities across service boundaries, and on providing a single identity data foundation that other ICAM components can reference as the Master User Record.
Governance and rollout were driven by the ICAM reference design maturity, with an expected production readiness about a year after the June 2022 selection as the reference design matured. The program emphasized identity-data unification to accelerate Zero Trust adoption and automated provisioning initiatives, and it positioned RadiantOne as the authoritative identity data foundation for DISA's Enterprise ICAM reference design.

Scotiabank | Banking and Financial Services | 86746 | $24.5B | Canada | Radiant Logic | RadiantOne | Identity and Access Management (IAM) | 2018 | n/a |
In 2018 Scotiabank implemented RadiantOne as a global identity hub within its Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. The deployment was scoped to enterprise identity aggregation and access governance covering staff and contractor populations, supporting user access governance for approximately 120,000 staff and a customer authentication footprint serving 25 million customers.
RadiantOne was configured to provide directory virtualization and identity aggregation services, enabling consolidated identity profiles used by user access governance campaigns and enterprise Single Sign On. Functional capabilities implemented included orchestration of multifactor authentication workflows, support for Customer Authentication Management Services, session recording and MFA enforcement for powerful privilege accounts, and integration points for Logical Access Management campaigns targeting identified crown jewel applications and non public data repositories.
The implementation integrated RadiantOne into the bank's broader IAM stack, operating alongside SailPoint and ForgeRock components and interfacing with all bank Active Directory domains. Operational coverage included DevOps pipelines, QAT, patching and change management across environments under the IAM organization, and support for customer facing authentication flows as well as enterprise SSO.
Governance frameworks were formalized through IAM board approved policies, directives and standards, monthly IAM risk reporting into an EVP forum, and alignment of the identity program to the NIST framework. The program included third party risk management for vendor selection and review, privileged user background check processes coordinated with HR and Corporate Security, and oversight of an annual IAM budget of 40 million dollars.
Recorded outcomes from the RadiantOne centered program include deployment of multifactor authentication to over 30,000 staff and contractors, centralization of powerful privilege into a repository offering MFA and session recording, enterprise wide SSO rollout, onboarding of crown jewel applications into Logical Access Management, identification of non public data in Sharepoint, Netapps and cloud repositories for governance campaigns, and automation of onboarding and offboarding processes during the Covid-19 response. RadiantOne served as the identity aggregation layer supporting these Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities within Scotiabank's architecture.
