Implementation planning focused on deploying the Real-HRM HRM module with full declarations capability, while leveraging the existing Exact software stack for financial and process integration. Exact Globe and Exact Synergy are part of the operational architecture, with Exact Synergy configured around standard workflows and Exact Globe handling efficient data ingestion, including customer EDI text files read directly into the server.
Integrations include direct EDI links for digital invoices to a large proportion of customers, where the client generates text files that are ingested into Exact Globe, improving invoice processing. The rollout scope covers HR and back-office finance administration for the small, 30 person organization, and is positioned to expand modules within the Exact ecosystem as needed.
Governance and process transformation emphasized standardization of workflows to eliminate duplication, with operational ownership shared between internal staff and external consultants. Activium is listed as the SI VAR and A-Real-Solution provides ongoing consultancy and operational support, supplying expertise not available in-house and assisting during development and when help is needed.

In 2016, Netherlandss Openluchtmuseum implemented Real-HRM in the Core HR category. The deployment was part of a broader information provision, automation and audio visual program that placed HR application management under the Information Provision & Automation and AV Department, a 4 FTE team responsible for business operations in those domains.
Real-HRM was directed through an application management construct referenced as REAT-Youforce, with configuration emphasis on Core HR workflows, employee master data and workforce administration consistent with Core HR capabilities. The implementation was delivered alongside infrastructure upgrades and a portfolio approach to service orientation, implying centralized application configuration and operational controls for HR processes.
The Real-HRM deployment operated within a program that included sourcing and outtasking of ICT services, (I)SaaS provisioning, WAN and VOIP rationalization, a Planon FMIS service-oriented working stream and business intelligence initiatives.
