Aannemingsbedrijf Draisma | Construction and Real Estate | 120 | $15M | Netherlands | A-Real-Solution | Real-HRM | Core HR | 2016 | n/a |
In 2016, Aannemingsbedrijf Draisma implemented Real-HRM from A-Real-Solution as its Core HR application to centralize employee information and self-service access across the organization. The rollout targeted the company HR function and the broader employee population of the construction firm, replacing paper-based personnel access workflows with a consolidated digital repository for documents and corporate communications.
Real-HRM was configured to provide employee self-service capabilities including personal document storage, centralized news and information distribution, and direct consultation of the Collective Labor Agreement and the personnel handbook. The Real-HRM configuration emphasized document management and information delivery, making previously file-cabinet bound materials available with a single mouse click and streamlining standard HR content access.
Operationally Real-HRM was used alongside Exact Globe, Exact Synergy, and Exact AEC, with Exact Synergy and Real-HRM delivering the visible employee-facing information channels. Governance centered on centralizing policies and reference documents within Real-HRM to standardize access and maintain a single source of truth for HR communications, and the vendor A-Real-Solution provided the Real-HRM application. Centralization of documents and news in Real-HRM increased employee involvement according to the organization.

Landgoed de Salentein | Leisure and Hospitality | 30 | $5M | Netherlands | A-Real-Solution | Real-HRM | Core HR | 2016 | Activium |
In 2016, Landgoed de Salentein initiated a rollout of Real-HRM as a Core HR application to streamline HR administration and reduce duplicated work across its hospitality operations. The program began as a targeted effort to automate administration without adding headcount, using standardized processes to align activities between Landgoed de Salentein and its sister company Verbunt in Tilburg.
Implementation planning focused on deploying the Real-HRM HRM module with full declarations capability, while leveraging the existing Exact software stack for financial and process integration. Exact Globe and Exact Synergy are part of the operational architecture, with Exact Synergy configured around standard workflows and Exact Globe handling efficient data ingestion, including customer EDI text files read directly into the server.
Integrations include direct EDI links for digital invoices to a large proportion of customers, where the client generates text files that are ingested into Exact Globe, improving invoice processing. The rollout scope covers HR and back-office finance administration for the small, 30 person organization, and is positioned to expand modules within the Exact ecosystem as needed.
Governance and process transformation emphasized standardization of workflows to eliminate duplication, with operational ownership shared between internal staff and external consultants. Activium is listed as the SI VAR and A-Real-Solution provides ongoing consultancy and operational support, supplying expertise not available in-house and assisting during development and when help is needed.
Part of the standardization and digitization program is complete and the processing of digital invoices via EDI is noted as a major improvement, while further work remains on reporting and the phased Real-HRM rollout. The plan continues to prioritize standardized workflows, modular expansion of Exact and Real-HRM capabilities, and external partner support to keep the system operational and evolving.

Netherlandss Openluchtmuseum | Leisure and Hospitality | 267 | $26M | Netherlands | A-Real-Solution | Real-HRM | Core HR | 2016 | n/a |
In 2016, Netherlandss Openluchtmuseum implemented Real-HRM in the Core HR category. The deployment was part of a broader information provision, automation and audio visual program that placed HR application management under the Information Provision & Automation and AV Department, a 4 FTE team responsible for business operations in those domains.
Real-HRM was directed through an application management construct referenced as REAT-Youforce, with configuration emphasis on Core HR workflows, employee master data and workforce administration consistent with Core HR capabilities. The implementation was delivered alongside infrastructure upgrades and a portfolio approach to service orientation, implying centralized application configuration and operational controls for HR processes.
The Real-HRM deployment operated within a program that included sourcing and outtasking of ICT services, (I)SaaS provisioning, WAN and VOIP rationalization, a Planon FMIS service-oriented working stream and business intelligence initiatives. Operational coverage extended into purchasing, contract and demand management for ICT, and security oversight, positioning Real-HRM as a component of the museum's integrated business application landscape rather than an isolated HR solution.
Governance was formalized under a single project management leadership role, with responsibilities for a multi-year ICT and AV budget, a strategic policy plan for ICT and AV, and serving as primary strategic interlocutor for process change. The implementation was executed as part of a transition to service-oriented working, with program-level coordination across application management, sourcing and infrastructure upgrade tracks.
