Governance and rollout were overseen by the People and Culture leadership team, with the People and Culture Lead actively participating in implementation, optimisation and ongoing maintenance. The Advisory Committee provided oversight for legal compliance and risk mitigation, and the HR team with six direct reports managed operational adoption and process alignment across industrial relations, employee relations, workers compensation and work health and safety related recruitment workflows.
