In 2023 Deliverzen implemented ShipWise OMS to streamline pack out and order management at their DFW warehouse, deploying the application as the core Order Management platform for United States operations. The implementation centered on operationalizing order orchestration and shipping automation within a distribution environment serving fulfillment and shipping teams.
ShipWise OMS was configured to manage order workflows, pack out sequencing, label and packing customization, and carrier rate shopping. The deployment included configuration of automation rules for shipping selection and packing preferences, and the platform was used to centralize order status, fulfillment tasks, and packing worklists.
The implementation integrated with Cubiscan to enable auto dimensionalizing of parcels and to feed dimensional data into carrier rate shopping and label generation. The deployment produced a 19.8% year over year increase in shipment volume during peak season, and was reported to reduce shipping costs and improve support responsiveness.
