In 2012 the Roman Catholic Diocese of Harrisburg deployed Symtrax Compleo in the Document Management category to modernize paystub distribution and year end forms reporting across its organization. Symtrax Compleo was configured to reformat and distribute accounts payable checks, remittance checks, remittance advice and paystubs by assembling a master remittance file for archival then extracting and splitting records for targeted delivery. Reformatted paystubs are routed to Citrix ShareFile for employee self service, Compleo automates generation of AP payroll and remittance reports from files dropped into network folders, and cemetery reporting was implemented as a parallel process that generates ad hoc reports from the AS400 then emails them to appropriate recipients.
The implementation integrates Symtrax Compleo with AS400 report outputs, network file storage and Citrix ShareFile to support payroll, accounts payable and cemetery records workflows across parish, school and hospital finance teams. Operational coverage includes automated archival and distribution, centralized report generation, and independent cemetery report flows that mirror payroll routing while remaining operationally separate.
Governance changes introduced automated archival policies and file separation rules within Compleo processing logic to control distribution and email routing. Employees gained online access to paystubs, payroll and reports are archived automatically, manual input for payroll tasks was reduced, and the Diocese preserved the flexibility to expand Symtrax Compleo driven document management for additional forms and reporting.

In 2006 Hutchinson implemented Symtrax Compleo to modernize Document Management across 10 ERP environments and eight locations. The deployment focused on digitizing production orders, purchase orders and delivery slips to support operations and ERP functions across France and Europe. The initiative targeted manufacturing transactional document streams and their standardized electronic distribution.
Symtrax Compleo was configured to produce XML outputs using Compleo Designer, enabling template driven document composition and structured output for downstream processing. The implementation leveraged document layout control, automated output routing and print stream transformation capabilities typical of Document Management solutions to standardize outputs across heterogeneous ERP instances. Compleo Designer was explicitly used for XML authoring to produce consistent data driven documents.
Integrations were completed across ten ERP environments to capture transactional documents and transform them into standardized formats, operating across eight geographic sites within France and Europe. The centralized output management eliminated matrix printers, which reduced maintenance and consumable costs. The implementation also reduced effort on ERP version updates, saving about 30 man days per ERP version change.
