Operational scope included the Dentons Australia finance organization and a regional process lead role as part of a global finance transformation, organized into two streams named Business Insights and Record to Report.
Governance and process work included creation of a suite of KPIs, standardization and production of cleansed data for consistent reporting, and redefinition of reporting workflows to enable greater business self-service.
