In 2015, Apollo Travel Group implemented Verismo HR, introducing a centralized Core HR platform across its Nordic tour operating businesses. Operational coverage spanned the Nordic countries Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland and supported the outbound and specialist B2C tour operating services that together accounted for approximately 800 plus operational employees and about 1 million travellers per year. Governance and rollout were led by the VP HR and aligned with divestment and due diligence activities tied to the 2015 sale to REWE and DER Touristik, and Verismo HR formed a backbone for subsequent HR digitalisation and post merger integration work.
