This implementation preceded and fed into a full IFS reimplementation that culminated with an upgrade to IFS10 completed in July 2023, and the IFS HCM installation was a defined component of that broader ERP renewal. The IFS HCM deployment was delivered as part of a multi-module IFS 10 reimplementation, with explicit configuration and customizations for Human Resources alongside Production Planning, Costing, Supply Chain covering Sales, Inventory and Procurement, Maintenance, Quality, Finance and Project Management. Implementation work included functional configuration of HR processes, role and security modeling, and bespoke adaptations to meet OLI business rules, consistent with Core HR operational workflows. The project included technical integrations with third party systems, specifically WindChill and Stain, and migrated the ERP footprint from IFS8 to IFS10 through a new implementation approach. Timestamp acted as the implementation partner, coordinating cross-module cutovers and technical integration points between IFS 10 and the external systems. Governance was organized around a partner-led reimplementation, with Timestamp and OLI teams collaborating on requirements, customizations and rollout sequencing across production, finance and HR functions. The stated outcome was a strengthened internal operations platform that enables OLI to better serve customers and sustain its commitment to innovative and sustainable sanitary system solutions, as reported after the IFS10 go-live. | |
