Shop floor integration captured jobs performed by individual work cells directly in production halls, enabling capture of real manufacturing costs and supporting production planning. The project centralized transactional and master data within the single IFS platform so that data is entered in real time from its place of origin, improving cross-module visibility between manufacturing maintenance quality distribution and finance. Operational coverage encompassed production halls the toolroom warehouse operations project management and management reporting, reflecting the companys end-to-end manufacturing footprint. InfoConsulting conducted analysis configured the solution and provided technical assistance through cutover and post go-live support. Governance and process changes accompanied the technical implementation, introducing workflow mechanisms with defined confirmation paths to standardize approvals and enforce process steps. The rollout followed a two-stage approach with an analysis phase followed by implementation and a technical assistance period after production start-up, and it involved management and cross-functional employee preparation to ensure timely execution. Kuznia Polska reports a set of explicit benefits from the IFS deployment including process streamlining, data centralization and real-time business management data access. The company also cites effective manufacturing planning, full product traceability, improved warehouse management, effective cost control and more efficient quality and project management as outcomes of the 2015 implementation.
