Configuration emphasis was placed on automated approval workflows, supplier master consolidation and requisition workflow standardization consistent with Order Management functional patterns. Operational coverage extended across IT, Telecommunications, Travel, MRO, Energy, Real Estate, Logistics, Professional Services, Marketing and Equipment categories, with the deployment servicing regional procurement sites across nine countries and 30 locations. The rollout engaged Category Managers and Buyers through targeted training programs to operationalize web-based procurement workflows and sustain user adoption among more than 1,000 internal users. Governance and process changes were delivered via cross-functional teams and procurement leadership oversight, embedding contract visibility, requisition controls and supplier data governance into day-to-day procurement operations. The broader Zycus deployment supported reported annual savings of between $7M and $9M tied to sourcing and procurement automation, and procurement-led insourcing of warehousing delivered over $1M in annualized savings.
