The deployment uses eKomi Feedback Cloud to generate review invitations tied to each online order, which are sent to customers when they consent at checkout. The implementation is explicitly governed by Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR, and ENTEGA Plus documents that it does not have access to reviews nor the ability to control individual invitation workflows. The configuration captures discrete data elements including number of stars given, order ID, rating text, and email address when applicable, consistent with Product Review Management functionality for review capture and publishing. Review invitation automation is executed via eKomi, which generates the review link by email, and the evaluation portal operated by eKomi Ltd. handles independent moderation and storage of review content. ENTEGA Plus relies on the eKomi service to manage the review lifecycle from invitation to public rating. Integrations are limited and explicit, the order management process generates an order ID that is passed to eKomi as part of the review invitation flow, and the recorded rating itself is transmitted onward to Google. Operational scope is focused on online orders and the customer feedback process, touching e-commerce and customer service workflows that consume published ratings for customer experience oversight. Data handling constraints are specified, with eKomi stating the transferred data are not used by eKomi itself nor passed to third parties, except for transmission of the rating to Google, and customers are directed to Section 27 of ENTEGA Plus privacy information for rights and objection procedures. ENTEGA Plus eKomi Feedback Cloud Product Review Management is implemented as an external, independent evaluation portal embedded into the companys post-purchase feedback process, centralizing customer review capture while preserving third party control over invitation issuance and review publication.
