The deployment supported administrative operations for the Director and a 45-member department within a 1200-employee nonprofit, and aligned application capabilities with benefits administration and weekly payroll processing. UKG Pro Workforce Management was configured to manage core Workforce Management capabilities including time and attendance capture, shift scheduling, absence tracking, and standard workforce reporting and analytics. The implementation was used to compile, analyze, and summarize statistics for presentation formats, and to support departmental budgeting and year end evaluations while maintaining confidentiality and discrete access to performance documentation. Operational integrations reflected existing processing practices, the environment continued to process weekly payroll utilizing ADP/Kronos Timekeeper, and the workforce application fed data and reports used to prepare presentations for the Board of Trustees and state and federal agencies. Project coordination and task tracking were supported alongside the workforce system through regular use of project management tools such as Trello, preserving workflow continuity between scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasking. Governance was oriented around administrative support workflows, centralized calendar and meeting coordination, and role based access for sensitive personnel processes including yearly evaluations and benefits administration. Configuration emphasized configurable approval workflows and reporting controls to enable department level administration while delivering consolidated time and attendance and scheduling capabilities across HR, payroll, and benefits functions.
