Governance was oriented around administrative support workflows, centralized calendar and meeting coordination, and role based access for sensitive personnel processes including yearly evaluations and benefits administration. Configuration emphasized configurable approval workflows and reporting controls to enable department level administration while delivering consolidated time and attendance and scheduling capabilities across HR, payroll, and benefits functions.
