Configuration work focused on administrator workflows, learner enrollment rules, automated assignment for mandatory safety and compliance modules, and audit ready reporting for regulatory training obligations. Integration and data migration efforts tied Percepium to the HR and training data previously held in Oracle E-Business and Chris 21, enabling user account provisioning, position and role mapping, and the transfer of historical training records into the new system. Operational coverage began at the Kwinana WA site and was aligned with corporate training and HSE functions to establish a single source of truth for employee learning records. Governance and process changes emphasized centralized training administration, clear ownership of course and compliance content, and formalized training request and approval workflows within Percepium. The program established administrative controls and reporting cadences to support ongoing compliance management and to embed the Learning and Development application into routine training operations. | |
