Governance activities focused on process documentation, audit-ready report and analytic solutions for System Administrator reviews, and coordinated testing and rollout support for People team projects. The system administrator role supported global People processes by assisting with WORKDAY fields upload, batch processing for acquisitions and reorganizations, and by recommending process improvements to align the BetterUp Impraise People Enablement Platform with Atlassian’s operational workflows.
