Liberty Specialty Markets Insurance 1900 $4.8B United Kingdom DXC Technology Xuber Xposure Analytics and BI 2011 n/a In 2011, Liberty Specialty Markets deployed Xuber Xposure from DXC Technology as an Analytics and BI application to centralize exposure and capital management data for underwriting and actuarial modelling. The implementation targeted underwriting, actuarial, modelling and claims functions within Liberty Specialty Markets and was operated in close coordination with business stakeholders and development teams. Xuber Xposure was configured to support capital and exposure workflows, actuarial data ingestion and analytics, and line specific handling for Offshore and Terrorism portfolios via Agency Port now Xuber Open Xposure. Configuration work emphasized data resolution using SQL and application logs, development of analytics views and dashboards, and the establishment of procedural and policy documentation to govern releases and continuous improvement cycles. The deployment integrated with a set of specialist risk and modelling systems that were explicitly supported by the business, including RMS Risk Link, AIR CATRADER, CLASSIC 2 and Touchstone, Towers Watson Igloo and ResQ for claims analytics, FINEOS London Markets COLE for claims management and Swordfish Document Management. Project activity included responding to RFIs from NIIT, Sequel and Agency Port, and managing cross access and auditing requirements during the Liberty Mutual International Europe integration between three merging organisations. Governance and operational control were driven by ITIL change management, vendor and contractor relationship management including NDA and MSA oversight, and formal project management for upgrades and releases such as the RMS upgrade and hardware refresh. Business systems analysis responsibilities included problem management and prioritisation, peer training and mentoring, authoring evaluation papers with cost estimates and security impact, and end to end support for capital exposure and actuarial systems when Xuber Xposure was in production.
