The Captivate implementation was integrated operationally with the firm learning management system and with Epicor and human capital management solutions used for performance evaluation and training tracking, and the support function used Footprints Ticketing System for Tier 2 escalation. Conferencing and remote delivery tools including PowerPoint, Skype for Business, Zoom, MS Teams, and GOTO Meetings Webinars were part of the operational stack, and on site delivery covered approximately 15 remote offices with a 20 to 25 percent travel cadence for trainers. Governance activities included developing and executing functional test plans for LMS patches and upgrades, conducting needs analysis for internal user groups, and evaluating and analyzing training program ROI to coordinate adjustments with section stakeholders. Staff responsibilities extended to supervising the Summer and Fall Associates Program and functioning as subject matter expert for Captivate 2017 and core productivity applications, ensuring the Learning and Development content aligned with ongoing training and support workflows. | |
