Governance activities included developing and executing functional test plans for LMS patches and upgrades, conducting needs analysis for internal user groups, and evaluating and analyzing training program ROI to coordinate adjustments with section stakeholders. Staff responsibilities extended to supervising the Summer and Fall Associates Program and functioning as subject matter expert for Captivate 2017 and core productivity applications, ensuring the Learning and Development content aligned with ongoing training and support workflows.
