The engagement centered on Sales and Distribution execution and Order to Cash process design, with the SAP ERP ECC 6.0 - Sales and Distribution (SD) application serving as the transactional backbone for sales order processing and pricing configuration. The implementation delivered end to end Order to Cash capabilities, including configuration of Pricing procedure across sales processes and intra company stock transfer pricing for STO scenarios. Functional scope covered Domestic, Export, Inter company and Third Party Sales processes, with WRICEF artifacts produced for Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements and Forms, together with unit test scripts and validation checklists to ensure functional readiness. Integration work focused on interfacing external business partners and cross functional SAP modules to support commercial and distribution flows across Scandinavia, explicitly covering Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Iceland. Design responsibilities included documenting interface types and specification of information flows to align the Order to Cash operating model with the company ERP strategy and a planned global platform approach. Program governance emphasized a business roadmap aligned to IT strategy, structured design phases for supply chain programs, and stakeholder driven requirements to inform development teams. Training and change activities were executed by preparing training material and delivering user training, and WRICEF objects were tested to confirm operational readiness, resulting in a successfully delivered regional Order to Cash implementation.
