Unisson Disability | Non Profit | 800 | $54M | Australia | Skedulo | Skedulo Workforce Management | Workforce Management | 2015 | n/a | In 2015, Unisson Disability implemented Skedulo Workforce Management as a core component of the Core Unisson Business System program, CUBS. The initiative was scoped to centralize rostering and scheduling workflows across multiple departments, a program described in role materials as having a transformational impact on the majority of staff. Skedulo Workforce Management was configured to provide rostering and scheduling, resource allocation, shift management and mobile workforce dispatch capabilities consistent with Workforce Management functional workflows. Configuration work aligned scheduling logic with client-facing service delivery requirements and staffing rules, and standard Workforce Management terminology was used to organize shifts, assignments and roster templates. The CUBS implementation integrated Skedulo Workforce Management into an integrated Salesforce platform offering that included Lumary for client management, Salesforce for CRM and marketing, Sage for payroll, award interpretation, leave management and employee self service, and Noggin for risk, workplace health and safety and incident management. These named integrations established a data and process linkage between rostering, client records, payroll processing and WHS incident workflows, supporting cross-functional operational coverage across Unisson’s service delivery and back office functions. Governance for the effort was structured under an IT Business Partner with a dedicated Business Systems Analyst role on a nine month fixed term assignment to work with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver and support the CUBS program. The Business Systems Analyst role focused on requirements capture, configuration, stakeholder engagement, and sustaining operational support for Skedulo Workforce Management and its connected systems. | |
