Albertsons Companies Retail 108300 $80.4B United States Infor Infor Workforce Management Workforce Management 2016 n/a Albertsons Companies implemented Infor Workforce Management in 2016 to consolidate timekeeping and workforce operational workflows. The deployment targeted Workforce Management functions and was positioned to support HR Supply Chain staff, warehouse office coordinators, and broader HR transactional workload related to onboarding, terminations, promotions, position changes and leaves of absence. Configuration emphasis for Infor Workforce Management included time and attendance processing and weekly timesheet updates for non exempt staff using the WFM Workbrain timekeeping capabilities, absence administration for leave of absence cases, and operational HR transaction handling for hiring and separations. The implementation also incorporated reporting and analytics workflows used to initiate and scrub reports for leadership related to employee headcount, time and attendance, GL pay codes and Covid pay, and to support processing of EDD forms for SDI and Paid Family Leave. The Infor Workforce Management deployment was integrated operationally with Peoplesoft and Oracle systems for employee master data maintenance and downstream payroll and HR data reconciliation. Integration points supported automated feeds or manual reconciliations into payroll and general ledger pay code processes, and the solution was used alongside existing HR systems to maintain data integrity across timekeeping and payroll administration. Governance and operational processes established around the application included ticket based data correction workflows to maintain system accuracy, frontline HR support for employee requests and verification of employment responses, and engagement with Labor Relations on matters pertaining to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. System ownership emphasized operational support to resolve payroll and benefits issues, and routine use of Infor Workforce Management for day to day HR and supply chain timekeeping activities.
