EPI-USE applied an enablement-led agile delivery approach to guide configuration, testing, user enablement, and staged rollout. Operational ownership and governance were transitioned to the People and Culture function, with supervisors and employees granted expanded data access and self-service responsibilities to reduce manual interventions. As a result of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation, CQUniversity empowered supervisors and employees with data, self-service and workflow capabilities, improved autonomy and enhanced reporting capabilities. The program centralized Core HR, recruiting, and onboarding processes under SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to standardize HR operations across the university. | |
