In 2019, Achieve Australia implemented ELMO HR Core as its Core HR solution. Achieve Australia is a national non profit NDIS provider with approximately 1200 employees operating in Greater Sydney and the Northern Rivers regions of New South Wales, and the deployment targeted centralized HR administration for disability support services.
The ELMO HR Core deployment consolidated core employee records, compliance management, onboarding and offboarding workflows, and training management back-end administration. Configuration work focused on compliance modules to manage criminal history checks, Working With Children checks, NDIS worker checks, AHPRA registrations, CPR certification and driver license validation, and included form creation, process documentation and automated notifications to support change of conditions and pre-employment checks.
Integrations explicitly implemented included API integration of the HRIS with rostering and payroll software, alongside administrative implementation and ongoing maintenance of the TMS. Operational coverage encompassed HR administration, recruitment support and training teams, with the Employee Services Coordinator responsible for day to day HRIS back-end tasks and regular reporting to senior management and executive stakeholders.
Governance and workflow restructuring centralized compliance workflows, introduced documented processes for risk assessments and audit support, maintained staff lists and establishment processes for reporting and communication, and defined escalation paths to HR Business Partners for complex matters. The implementation emphasized process controls, TMS back-end maintenance and procedural documentation to sustain compliance across recruitment, training, rostering and payroll integration using ELMO HR Core.
