PwC is providing deployment support for the wider rollout across the Île-de-France hospital network, and governance has been organized to align procurement, logistics and receiving functions under centralized configuration and change control led by AP-HP program teams. Outcomes explicitly reported include improved traceability and purchasing efficiency driven by the Cegedim Hospitals Platform and high levels of document dematerialisation observed in pilots.
