TechnipFMC Oil, Gas and Chemicals 25027 $7.8B United Kingdom Diapason myDiapason Treasury Treasury Management 2009 n/a
TechnipFMC implemented myDiapason Treasury in 2009 to equip its treasury operations with a purpose built Treasury Management solution covering the central cash management office and the group’s French and international subsidiaries. The implementation was positioned to consolidate cash management and financial risk monitoring across corporate and local entity levels using the myDiapason Treasury application. The Diapason deployment project included three major stages. The first stage transitioned the central cash office and French entities onto myDiapason Treasury, configuring core cash management and financial risk monitoring capabilities. The second stage focused on the dematerialization of information flows between the Central Treasury and group entities, standardizing electronic reporting and data exchange. The third stage enabled an international rollout that gave major regional centers the capability to operate local treasury functions while preserving centralized oversight. Functional configuration emphasized cash position consolidation, liquidity reporting, exposure monitoring for market elements such as exchange rates and interest rates, and counterparty monitoring consistent with Treasury Management practices. The myDiapason Treasury implementation was structured to support both centralized policy controls and decentralized transaction processing by regional treasury centers, aligning operational workflows with treasury control and compliance requirements. Governance and rollout were staged to move entity reporting onto the new platform first at national scope and then at international scope, enabling the Central Treasury to gain consolidated visibility as regional centers adopted local management functionality. The project explicitly delivered the capability for regional centers to manage local treasury while offering global visibility on liquidity, cash management, market exposure, and counterparty positions.
