Instacart Professional Services 3380 $3.0B United States Continu Continu LMS Learning and Development 2021 n/a In 2021, Instacart implemented Continu LMS in the Learning and Development category to centralize employee and in-store shopper training, onboarding, and benefits enrollment across its United States operations. The deployment used a SaaS delivery model and positioned HR and L&D as the primary owners for content governance and segmentation by role and location. Continu LMS was configured to improve discoverability and to segment learning content by role and by store location, supporting onboarding workflows, benefits enrollment pathways, and standard training curricula for hourly shoppers and corporate employees. The implementation leveraged standard Learning and Development capabilities including course assignment, completion tracking, role based content access, and content aggregation to streamline curriculum management. The implementation delivered integrations with Slack, Udemy, Zoom, and the company HRIS to enable notifications, external content consumption, live session scheduling, and user provisioning and enrollment synchronization. These integrations supported a connected training experience and allowed HR and L&D to orchestrate cohort based onboarding and asynchronous e learning across distributed sites. Governance was centralized under HR and L&D with content segmented by role and location to support operational discoverability and targeted enrollment. According to Continu's case study the deployment achieved an approximately 82% completion rate and saved about 612 hours per year.
