Operational integrations explicitly supported transactional feeds to the outsourced payroll provider Empower and bidirectional touch points with Page Up recruitment software, reflecting the Diocese practice of using third party payroll and recruitment services alongside the Core HR application. The implementation covered integration of the HRIS with payroll submission routines, recruitment intake and candidate status mapping, and provision of scheduled HR reports for executive and school level stakeholders. Governance and process changes were structured around the HR Services Team Leader role, with formal responsibilities for policy input, continuous improvement projects, and the identification of HR metrics to monitor service provision. Rollout practices emphasized coaching of HR team members, training for school principals and staff, and iterative process reviews to improve compliance, transparency, and opportunities for further automation within Fusion5 EmpowerHR. | |
