Ongoing maintenance responsibilities were established within HR operations to sustain the Talentia HCM environment. Project governance emphasized a detailed project plan with communicated milestones, superuser testing governance and training led rollout to ensure adoption. The implementation captured current people processes and delivered recommendations for process optimization and enhanced reporting capability to improve user experience and operational consistency.
