The role includes coordination with Dayforce’s technical team to monitor and manage upgrades and to phase deployment of additional Ceridian Dayforce HCM capabilities. Governance responsibilities include developing and implementing controls for people data, formalising HRIS ownership and support workflows, and establishing reporting and change management processes. Dayforce training will be provided and the HRIS Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for Ceridian Dayforce HCM post implementation. | |

Governance and operational responsibilities were managed by the HR team and Talent Acquisition, covering recruiting support, benefits and RRSP plan administration, and ongoing system evaluation to identify improvement opportunities.
