Governance centers on centralized HR recordkeeping in Workday HCM with payroll operations outsourced to OneSource Virtual, maintaining a long term SI partnership since go live. The architecture therefore separates Core HR functions in Workday HCM from payroll execution services provided by the SI, aligning HR, payroll, and operational coverage across the United States. | |
