Operational ownership is with Talent Acquisition and HR teams in Peru, supporting recruiter workflows and structured hiring manager approvals across corporate and field hiring. The system was deployed as a cloud SaaS SAP SuccessFactors tenant to manage vacancy lifecycle and applicant data. Governance included configured approval chains for requisitions and standard recruiting workflows to align hiring policies with system processes, with Seidor assisting in user training and initial rollout. Ongoing operational use is focused on end-to-end recruiting processes within HR and external candidate engagement through the public career site.
